Dashboard Overview
The Analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how SizeMind is performing on your store. Access it from SizeMind → Analytics.
Key Metrics
Recommendations Given
Total number of size recommendations shown to customers. This indicates how many visitors are actively using the size finder.
Measurements Entered
How many times customers entered their body measurements. A high ratio of measurements to recommendations means customers trust and engage with the tool.
Add to Cart (After Recommendation)
Tracks when customers add a product to cart after viewing a size recommendation. This is a key conversion metric.
Purchases by SizeMind Users
Orders placed by customers who used SizeMind before purchasing. Compare this to overall store purchases to measure impact.
Size Match Rate
Percentage of customers who purchased the recommended size. A high match rate (70%+) indicates accurate recommendations.
Revenue from SizeMind Users
Total revenue attributed to customers who used size recommendations. Helps calculate ROI of the app.
Conversion Funnel
The funnel shows the customer journey through SizeMind:
- Widget Views: Customers saw the size finder
- Measurements Entered: Customers entered their sizes
- Recommendations Shown: Size suggestions displayed
- Add to Cart: Product added after recommendation
- Purchases: Order completed
Look for drop-off points. If many customers view the widget but few enter measurements, consider improving the widget placement or call-to-action text.
Time Periods
Filter analytics by different time periods:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- This month
- Last month
Top Products
See which products get the most size recommendations. This helps you:
- Identify your most popular sized products
- Ensure size charts are accurate for top performers
- Spot products that might need better size data
Understanding Size Match Accuracy
The "Size Match" metric tracks whether customers bought the recommended size:

|---|---|
| 80%+ | Excellent - Recommendations are very accurate |
| 60-80% | Good - Most customers follow recommendations |
| 40-60% | Review size charts - May need adjustment |
| Below 40% | Issue - Check size chart accuracy |
A lower match rate doesn't always mean bad recommendations. Some customers intentionally size up or down based on personal preference or as gifts. Focus on overall trends, not individual variations.

Conversion Lift
Conversion Lift = (SizeMind User Conversion Rate / Overall Conversion Rate) - 1A positive lift means customers who use SizeMind convert at a higher rate.
Revenue Impact
Additional Revenue = SizeMind Revenue × Conversion LiftEstimates how much extra revenue SizeMind generates.
Return Reduction (Estimated)
While we don't track returns directly, industry data suggests:
- Average fashion return rate: 20-30%
- Size-related returns: ~50% of all returns
- Expected reduction with accurate sizing: 15-30%
Professional Plan Features
The Professional plan includes additional analytics:
- Full funnel visualization with detailed breakdowns
- Product-level analytics for individual items
- Size distribution charts showing popular sizes
- Confidence score trends over time
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained according to our Privacy Policy:
- Aggregated analytics: Retained indefinitely
- Individual events: Up to 24 months
- Visitor profiles: 24 months from last interaction
