Both Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
- Full access to all plan features
- No credit card required to start
- Cancel anytime before trial ends - no charge
- Automatic subscription after trial unless cancelled
How Billing Works
Shopify Billing
All SizeMind charges go through Shopify's billing system:
- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Same payment method as your Shopify subscription
- Billed every 30 days
Upgrading
- Go to SizeMind → Billing
- Click "Upgrade" on your desired plan
- Approve the charge in Shopify
- New features activate immediately
Downgrading
- Go to SizeMind → Billing
- Click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier
- Changes take effect at the end of current billing cycle
When downgrading:
- Size charts over the limit won't be deleted, but you can't create new ones
- Advanced features will stop working
- Historical analytics data is preserved
Cancelling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
- Find SizeMind
- Click "Cancel subscription"
After cancellation:
- You'll be moved to the Free plan
- Your size charts and data remain intact
- You can re-subscribe anytime
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my size chart limit?
You won't be able to create new charts until you upgrade or delete existing ones. Current charts continue to work normally.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes! Upgrades are immediate with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a yearly discount?
Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Contact support if you're interested in annual plans.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of a paid subscription if you're not satisfied. Contact support@getsizemind.com.
